Slow process. Initial call with a Software Architect, after nearly a month invitation to in person second stage interview with a senior engineer - technical test on a white board.

Describe university final project (no previous work experience)
It was a pretty easy process—just one round of panel interviews. I didn’t receive a final offer because they didn’t win the contract. During the interview, they seemed quite confident they would win it, but in the end, they didn’t. So, please don’t stop applying to other positions until you receive a final offer from them.

Interview
Phone screen followed by interview with multiple engineers. Questions were both technical and personal, and interviewers seemed to care more about gauging problem solving and collaboration skills than getting the answer correct immediately.
