You interview with about five people then you interview with a security person to see if you are eligible to even have a security clearance. The questions were typical GIS questions. Along with asking problem related questions and how you overcame it.

It was good, had a phone interview with the PM and got asked a few challenging questions like "describe a time that you influenced your peers' decisions on a project" and a few more about how much I know about GIS,
