The interview process was good. Round 1 was the phone screening and Round 2 was a Zoom call with the team and they seemed nice. The only downside was that they tried to ghost me even though they said they would notify me either way, job offer or rejection. The woman who I had been coordinating with throughout this process specifically said after my interview I would be contacted the following week on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. I heard nothing. I emailed that woman (twice over the next week and a half because she never answered my first email asking for an update) and instead of her responding, minutes later I was sent a copy and paste rejection email from someone else in the company I had never spoken to. Our communication quickly going from warm and welcoming to cold and nonexistent makes me feel like the rejection was probably more of a dodged bullet.
