Super day event with about 30 candidates. Started with information about the company and introduction of hiring mangers. Each candidate did 2-3 behavioral interviews with various managers that lasted about 30 minutes each.

It was mostly technical questions, but it was pretty chill. The guy who was giving the interview was knowledgeable and easy enough to talk to. Not many questions about behavioral stuff.

Interview
It was a series of two Zoom calls, one with the recruiter and hiring manager and the other with the majority of the team I worked with that summer. I wasn't asked to do any technical assessments and everything that was asked was regarding things on my resume.

Question 1
One question they had asked me and were very intrigued by was an AI project I had worked on. They asked how it worked, how I made it, and for me to explain my entire process.

Interview
I interviewed at the Leidos office from morning to noon. I had 2 behavioral interviews for 30 minutes each, and they were very laid back but it was also a chance to demonstrate your competencies. For the rest of the session, we were allowed to tour some parts of the office.
