I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Leidos (Washington, DC) in Jul 2015
Interview
After applying online and submitting my resume, I was contacted by email to set up a phone interview. The hiring manager called me at the arranged time, and asked me questions for about an hour. A few days later, I received an email requesting an in-person interview. If you secure an in-person interview, you are in the small group of candidates being seriously considered for the position. The interview lasted about three hours, and involved meeting with three senior-level managers. About a week after this interview, I was contacted by phone and extended an offer.
