A very unorganized hiring process due to all HR recruiters have been assigned Telecommuting duty, my recruiter lived in the mid-west, had no idea who I was and never communicated to my on-site interview liaison that "she" needed to be present when I signed my W-2 and then to "send it to the recruiter" once the phone hiring process was completed.
