One of the best interview experiences I’ve ever had. I applied to the Firmware Engineering sector of the program as I had a Computer Science degree. The process took about a full month starting with an HR call, then a technical screen, and ending with an in-person “super day” where you interview with leaders from the different avenues of the program having discussions surrounding a case study that is sent 24 hrs prior to the interviews. At each stage I waited no longer than a week for an update. The technical screen covered concepts I learned in classes and went a little beyond DSA. The final interviews are heavily behavioral but the case study portion encourages you to think through different perspectives for what is expected of the tasks you would likely take on in the program.
