This was a 1st stage screening call with People and Talent Management. I felt it was a very impersonal interview, with the interviewer reading out the set questions, who then typed my responses word for word (which is actually quite off-putting), and then onto the next question. There was no interaction or discussion and I felt unable to discuss myself, my experiences and what I can bring to Legl. I guess they have to whittle the CV's down to a manageable number but I don't think this is the right way.
