Interview
Most appointees are political and hence the process is informal. If formal, then focus is on ability to communicate effectively, articulate ideas and write speeches. Depending on the MPP's office you're applying to, interviews will only be one round.

Not much of an interview since I interned at the office and they knew who I was and how I work. A position became available and I was basically given a call and offered the job.
