The company is refining its interview process to better screen candidates and determine if the candidate fits the company objectives and culture.
Initial interview was on the phone and focused on basic questions such as tell us about yourself, why do you want to work for the company, describe your experience with software/hardware, etc. If the initial interview was passed, a second on-site interview was scheduled.
The second interview was with the general manager, three different directors. Each interview was one-on-one and focused on different aspects of the company.
