The interview was casual and friendly. Interviewer and others in the office were dressed super casual (jeans, plaid shirt, sneakers, you get the idea). Got the sense they needed someone asap.
Office was dark -- there were no lights on except in the lobby/bathrooms/lunchroom/select office rooms. No lights because all the VFX artists work in the dark to see their screen. Interview room had lights on, fyi.

Good training and lot of support just show that you know Nuke and can do basic job like roto and cleanplate
