Simple, one-formal interview sit down interview with the partner, followed by a timed written test in the area of practice and finally, a casual coffee with a few members of the team.

What is your current day-to-day roll like, how many things do you juggle in a day etc.
Initial conversation with talent manager, and then a face to face interview with head of the team. Interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and was a mix of technical questions and general questions.
Needed to submit a video recording answering questions, and 2 x panel interviews. One of the interviews involved a role play and was asked some technical legal knowledge as well.
