Interview
The ad stated it was hybrid and that leads would be provided. In the group interview, they explained that hybrid means driving to clients' homes three or more days a week in your personal vehicle. They require $1000 from you on day one to pay for leads. They talk a good game, but you will need about $3000 to get by and will not make any money until month 4 if you are good at it. Never pay for leads.

They want to know your previous years' salaries regardless of where you worked. They want you to give them a lot of personal information that is unnecessary for any employment.
