Legacy Health interview questions

The interview process is easy. Staring with a phone call and then an in person interview followed by a shadow interview. They do check your references and you need to have a least 3 to respond their questionnaire.

First a phone screen, then a meeting with the hiring manager and someone else. Afterwords though if they decide to move forward with you they'll send you a background check and reference check before hiring you. You still may not get the position despite filling those out which felt intrustive as you're required to give your SSN and other proof of documents as they use FirstAdvantage.
