The interview process went well but as time went on I found out the lies and promises at the time of the interview were just that!!!No 401k or health benefits like promised not listening to my experience like promised and the management didn't even have the guts to sit down and talk about it empty email's no return call's.........ect.

Interview
Went through several interviews with the owner. He was very precise about the person he wanted for the position. Met with the VP of construction who focused mainly on skill set. Both were easy to talk to and get along with. It was a two way conversation each time we met. I was given the opportunity to express concerns and ask questions.
