Standard. Sat in a booth and talked to the manager. Asked about experience and availability. Experience will determine pay. They sometimes hire immediately. When you walk in you can tell they are Christian affiliated, but you do not necessarily have to be religious to work there. They did not drug test but they do maintain a drug free workplace.
