Applied though LinkedIn then contacted the CEO via LinkedIn in order to introduce myself. She was impressed by me connecting to her via LinkedIn and it sparked a conversation. She then told me I got a Skype interview, the Skype interview was set up for the next week. The Skype interview itself lasted about 1 hour. I was contacted the next week stating I got the position.
