It went great it was very easy going. They asked great questions. Look for the signs of behavior management issues. It Will help you determine if it’s worth it. High turn over with students and teachers.

I was called a day after applying , came in for an interview and toured the school . I met with management and answered questions and discussed open positions .

What is a positive behavior technique I would use.
The interview was a combination of a general conversation and structed questions. I was asked questions in regards to my professional accolades and what my ideal response would be to specific conversations.
