Applied online, contacted via email, Zoom interview/screening, one on one interview and
mock presentation. Total time line of process 6-8 weeks. Vibes seemed off during interviews. It just did not feel like the right fit. Ultimately decided to decline.

The process took about two months. The recruiter asked for availability within the next week then ghosted me for 3. That should've been a sign. Conducted a phone screen and then another interview with hiring manager. Presented a final presentation during another interview during which the HM screenshot my work. She said she had no reservations about hiring me then I was completely ghosted by the company. I got the impression that they wanted free labor. I'd run.
