Interview
I just went through a 3 week interview process, get a call that i was offered the graphic designer position this morning, just to receive a voicemail 3 hours later that LearnKey wanted to rescind the offer because the production manager was unsure of my longevity with the company; even though i have been at my current position almost 6 years and i expressed my excitement for the remote opportunity and graphic design position itself that i had already done a phone interview, a video interview, and a skills assessment assignment (hours of creating a 2.5 minute video graphic animation in AfterEffects) for. I gave my 2.5 weeks notice to my current employer so that i could start on the agreed upon start date of May 2nd, but now i have to start the job search process from square one.
I received an initial phone call, was administered a written test, and I had another interview in person in a local office. I was made an offer within days of my second interview.
