Application
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lear Corporation (Redditch, England) in Jun 2017
Interview
Applied through email to the HR dept, info provided at university campus. It took 2 days for the HR dept to email me back with an interview date. Went for the interview, very nice staff. Engineering manager was present at the interview.
Held in a friendly environment.
