Interview
It is not a very large company, and the interview was not extremely formal. One of the interviewees was one of the founders. The interview was onsite, the interview questions are the specific job related, and the interviewees seem very friendly.

Working experiences, passions, and problem solving questions (the problem that the company is currently facing)
It was just a very brief phone call. The founder talks to me briefly about the company. He asks me what my career goal is. He said that I can call him if I have more questions. He seems to be a nice person
