Was told to prepare a lesson to model for the grade level I was applying for. Follow up questions with admin and the grade level lead teacher. Had to go over strengths and weaknesses.

Went in, toured the school, had a basic interview and answered questions about my experience teaching prior. I left with the job in 2 hours. I was called back in to discuss compensation, which was decent.

Solid teacher interview with capable head of school.
In classroom lesson on a subject appropriate for the class and skill level. Students were very well behaved since the principal was there, so there wasn't much in the line of classroom management demonstration. Everything went quick and easily, and the recap was very helpful afterwards.
