Simple and applicable. Began with screening call and then moved on to calls with different managers. Provided much insight into what the role would look like and asked how my skills would transfer to that.

Interview
I participated in 5 total calls, 3 exploratory interviews, a mock sales call and a 3-hour session where multiple panels of people asked me about my personal life and professional experience.
They never called my references in spite of taking 8.5 hours of my time.
I had 2 calls followed by a virtual onsite interview that included a case study and role related work to give a good feel for the role. I thought the process was fair and equitable.
