LeafSpring School interview questions

Face to face with the founder. It took several weeks and multiple return trips. Was fortunate to meet the entire corporate team all of whom had many years of experience.

The phone interview process was very comfortable. The director introduced herself and made sure to pronounce my name correctly which is a sign of respect. She asked about previous experience in and out of childcare, why I should be chosen over someone else, expected salary, and my preferred age group.
