There were 4 calls. One with the recruiter, the second was with the hiring manager, the third was with HR leadership to determine if you are a cultural fit, and the final practical interview with director of sales and hiring manager.

Met with the hiring manager, it was quick (it's a startup). Team was high-caliber and knew what they wanted. Very intentional with the questions they asked. I was hired withing a few weeks, and brought up to speed quickly.

Talked with recruiter. Went well and didn’t get another interview. Figured I’d atleast get an interview with VP of sales after talking with recruiter. I just feel like it was a waste of time in a way
