Completed two interviews with hiring manager. Was told I would be set up for additional interviews with two team members and sent my availability. Followed up when I didn't hear anything within week of sending. Was told I would be contacted within next few days for next steps and scheduling and never heard anything after that.

Standard questions like why I was interested in working at organization and why I was interested in making a change.

Interview
I thought we had a pretty good interview about the organization and what they represent, and I shared my experience and how I could contribute. I believe the rejection came the very next day. Ouch.
