Very messy process, disorganized and lots of rounds of interviews including a video you need to record and an assessment you have to fill out. I had a couple conversations with people who worked at LeadSimple. I had to fill out a Harrison Assessment which took 30 minutes to fill out. It's important to note that interviewing is a skill on both sides, asking the right questions to get the answers you want. Red Flag #1: My second interview was with someone who had just joined the company, barely had 2 months experience at this company. Not sure why they were selected to interview candidates for this role? Red Flag #2: They asked about my working style and leadership style, one question they asked, tell me about a time you had a good experience with someone from product? What about a bad experience? Same question about someone from engineering? Red Flag #3: I also had to record a video for their hiring team despite having all these interviews. What's the point of the interviews and the assessment if I also need to record a video? Red Flag #4: After the interview there were a few more interviews including a deep dive. Way too many rounds of interviews and tasks you need to complete for a job that pays $150k - $165k.

Simple and straight forward process that starts with a screening then meet with a hiring manager, before you hear back of next steps. The interview process is done online via Zoom I think.
