Question 1
Walk me through your end-to-end recruiting process.
How do you build a sourcing strategy for a hard-to-fill role?
I interviewed at LeadDesk (Helsinki, Southern Finland)
Interview
The interview process included an interview with the HR then a task, and then an interview with the manager. The last part was interview with the hiring manager. I got selected for the final interview but then got told that they went with another candidate before my final interview
I applied online. I interviewed at LeadDesk (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Sept 2025
Interview
I was invited to a 30-minute interview with their Talent Partner.
The conversation started politely but quickly turned unprofessional. The interviewer seemed uninterested, read from a script, struggled to understand my answers, and even questioned why I would want a role I already had experience in, before speaking in a dismissive tone about the job itself.
She repeated questions with irritation and focused more on herself than on me.This was the most inhuman and unprofessional interview I have ever experienced. I spent time preparing, only to be ghosted afterwards without any feedback.
I cannot recommend anyone to apply or become a customer of a company that treats people this way.
