In-person in-store interview. My sometimes be interrupted by customers as only one employee per store. Manager assesses your work history, your professional demeanor, and your ability to follow the handbook while working alone in the store.

Interview
It was a pretty easy process, I put in the application, I got the call to come into the store. The manager called me to set up the interview, I went into the store on a Monday, got to see the products and everything was pretty straight forward. The Manager at the time asked me a few questions, I think to make sure my personality would fit well with the store.
