I sent CV through company email, and then received call to make appointment for interview. When I pass interview , HR arranged me trial shift.
The interview is casual , HR asked me about experience and which position am I interested.

Interview
Telephone interview followed by a group interview and a trial shift.
Very basic questions based on common sense and general understanding of hospitality and customer service. The interviewer but friendly but quite strict too.
