Applied online, received an email to come to the restaurant. Had an initial interview then was told I would need to do a second interview before being offered the job.

Applied online and a few days later they reached out by email. Interview was in restaurant and they immediately offered me the job. I think their process may usually be more intense, but since everything is opening up they were in need of servers.
