Very long interview process - HR screening, panel interview, interview with the head, and interview with the talent acquisition. Interviewers were very nice but the HR is very unprofessional. Expected salary was communicated as early as the initial screening and they still pushed through with the application but when they were about to give an offer, they suddenly said that they can't afford the expected salary.
Interview was ok, basic questions asked about experience and to share about a difficult situation at work and what I did to resolve it. Also asked on how I would sell a product
2 rounds of interview, one with category leads and one with HR and business leader. interviews were manageable and they want to hear more about your industry / ecomm experience and how you are able to contribute to the sector
