Interview
I have been contacted by an internal recruiter via LinkedIn, then:
- screening call with the recruiter.
- video call interview with the Hiring Manager
- Take Home technical Test (CVRP Problem)
I failed the technical test as the requirement was not specific enough, Redmart was expecting fine optimization where I simply develop a solution for the problem . I was honestly thinking that the test was just about verify coding abilities.
Very fast and pleasant
Coding interview difficulty is about average.
You should expect some questions directed towards Algo-business understanding as well as open-ended questions on hypothetical algo challenges.
For most cases, 4~5 rounds of interviews. First two rounds, tech interviews with 2 peers. 3Rd round, interview with your reporting manager. 4th, tech lead. 5th HR round
