Interview
The initial phone interview screening lasted 5 minutes. Once they went over the compensation, no discussion further discussion was necessary. Base pay was 30k, and OTE for years one and two was 65k-70k. Considering the territory I was interviewing for, the base pay is less than minimum wage and the OTE hardly covers the cost of living.
Easy and was very open to questions and concerns you might have. Overall a fairly easy interview.
Was very open about benefits and salary in the opening round of interview.

Very good they addressed my concerns with starting a base plus commission job. Got contacted personally by the CEO to talk to me and welcome me. Felt very comfortable through the whole process
