Day one was a full day -- delivered seminar presentation of research project to group meeting, completed remainder of day with one on one meetings with technical experts. Lots of questions, lots of feedback. Day two was more casual, fewer meetings.

Interview
It was unlike other postdoc interview, it was quite formal. The interview session usually will take a full day. You will be giving a talk on your own research and followed by a formal interview session. Then you will be talking to various of people in the lab or the group you will be working with and some administration or group leaders. The process was pretty good, felt much respected comparing to other postdoc interviews.
