      Customer Success Interview

      23 May 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Walnut Creek, CA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LawRoom (Walnut Creek, CA) in Feb 2016

      Interview

Typical Interview: Phone screen, then in person interview with a few coworkers/managers. Was asked about previous experiences, knowledge on the company etc. From my experience, when a company does the in person interview, they will let you know if you got the job or not, especially when the manager says at the end, "I think you did well". Oh well, this position did not excite me too much anyways.
