Had two rounds of interviews and completed a technical assignment, but received no feedback for two weeks. After reaching out for updates, still received no response. Company does not respect other's time.

Questions about experience, salary expectations, etc.
The company regularly publishes this vacancy and even invites you for an interview. They then send you a "knowledge test" with 5 questions. You will spend several days preparing these answers, but then they will simply write to you that you are a very good candidate, but they decided to look for others. And everything would be fine, but this seems to be the way this company collects ideas about the HR strategy and is not going to hire anyone at all. I already know three colleagues who have gone through this. And believe me, they are all super professionals. Then what's the game play Lavin Media?
