The first stage interview was split into two sections, a short assessment and then a few admin questions. All questions were relevant to the job and helped me ot understand the role. The second stage interview was more in-depth, covering past experience, motivations and a few knowledge questions. This was with two members of staff I would work alongside so was a good way to access fit. At all stages everyone I interacted with was extremely polite and helpful, and the whole process was pretty quick as well.
