Positive, a range of question types but gives you space to answer with experiences and values. Then a case study which lets you be creative and honest in how you would approach the role, then Qs after it. Not too long a process, but quite hands on.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LaunchGood (Rāwalpindi) in Feb 2025
Interview
First round had general questions and bilateral conversation on tech, tech for good, lessons learnt, experience etc. Second round was a coderbyte challenge and AI usage was allowed. Coderbyte had some issues though but the interviewer was kind to accept solution shared on a GitHub. Got rejected without much info after around a month even though my coderbyte submission had correct solutions mostly, I feel the rejection was due to me not having much experience.
Extremely slow turnaround in getting back to candidates. As someone interviewing I shouldn’t have to keep sending emails and support messages for a timely update from the programme director.
Sharing updates with candidates is the bare minimum
