I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lattice
Interview
Six 30-minute interviews...
First with a recruiter, second with a support manager.
Then a Written Support Scenario of 3 questions to complete.
Then a super intense 3-hour Zoom call of back to back interviews, all competency-based 😅
All in all the whole interview process took close to 1 month.
For me, almost everyone was friendly. But the process took ages. Feel my time was somewhat wasted after having passed 3 stages of interviews, completing a 3 hour call of 4 more interviews, then getting no feedback on the reasons for rejection...
The 3-hour Zoom call is intense.
Back to back interviews, each asking competency questions, I was asked I think probably more than 20 competency questions. For a role that claims to need just 1-2 years experience. Insane.
And they mostly sit there taking notes so don't really quite engage with you, so feels a bit scripted and robotic (not all of them, some of the people were more engaging and nice to talk to). But a lot of it felt quite unnatural and very scripted. Especially my final interview with a support associate - quite cold
