I filled out some questions online and submitted my resume. I received an email saying "ask us any questions" so I sent in 3 questions I had about the company and how they operate. They quickly responded with an answer to one question with a promise to answer the rest of them during the interview process. Next step was to submit a 5 min video of me answering 3 questions. I did that and got a rejection letter the next morning. I replied and asked for any feedback and got a reply that said "that rejection was mistake. Standby while we review your video some more" and then I was officially rejected a few hours later. I never received the feedback I asked for. I did not get the answers to the questions I submitted. And I did not ever have a conversation via phone or video conference with anyone at LCM. The questions below are what I was asked to answer in my video submission.
