The interview was straightforward and over videoconferencing. Despite the current climate during COVID, the company is adamant about onsite workers. This translates to wanting to ensure micromanagement and everyone works their 40 hours per week. The goal should be quality, not quantity, of work! What is unclear is the actual duties and responsibilities of the position! They are still trying to determine what those are. The salary for this position is 20-30% lower than the industry average. I was not impressed by the description of the company culture, almost depressing.
