Overall the interview process was smooth, I first interviewed with HR and a partner with the firm. I was called back about a week later and had another interview with an associate in the firm as well as a different partner.

Three partners interview incoming employee and determine whether employee is a good fit for the organization. This group is called the executive committee. The executive committee has the say so of whether an employee is hired.
