L&T came to our college for placement purpose. Round one was an aptitude test and almost 60% of the students cleared that round. Next, round 2 was next day and it started in morning 10 AM and they called us in the order of our CGPA with topper being called first. Interview panel was consist of 4 persons. That round was little technical oriented and they asked all sort of questions related to engineering and what one can face on-site and asked to explain 2-3 terms and their definitions. Around 20 people cleared to round 3. Round 3 was very hard. They asked technical questions and theoretical questions too with how much understanding you have of engineering. Round 4 was HR round.
