The interview process is not streamlined. 2 interviews happened, without prior intimation. HR process is very lengthy with documentation done multiple times. The interview was technical and your interview performance affects your future performance as well in the company.
To the point and past work related. two layers of interview and then Human resource. Technical and somewhat managerial questions are asked to be answered by you. the answers should be to the point
