I had three interviews with this company over a period of three years.
The first process included a meeting with the Head of HR, followed by a technical interview. Everything went normally, but I never heard back from anyone. I even contacted HR to ask for feedback — no answer at all. For a process involving two interviews, this level of silence is unacceptable.
Years later, I had another interview for a different role. Same pattern: an initial meeting with HR, and then no follow-up whatsoever.
At this point, it’s hard not to conclude that their recruitment process is disorganized and lacks basic professionalism. Even a simple negative response would show respect for candidates’ time.
And frankly, based on what I’ve seen, the salary they offer doesn’t seem competitive, which may explain why they quietly drop candidates after the HR meeting.
