Lantech interview questions

Contacted for in person interview, interviewers tardy and interview started late. Eventually got to panel interview with hr team. Outdated "tell me about a time" interview questions. Unfortunately, this format is beneficial to great storytellers, not all qualified candidates are capable of tall tales. They delayed notifying me when not being selected for position.

I met with the engineering team and research and development team where I was questioned and interviewed about my experience and abilities. Was made an offer and was told that they wanted to press forward quickly to get me into the work place. I accepted the offer then never heard back from them as for screening for physical and drug test. No one answered my emails for numerous days before finally responding they found someone else.
