Interview
A short interview by phone. Online test. If passing, a 3 day training over the phone 7 hours per day. After that, another online test, if passing they offer you the job, if failing you are invited to take a complementary class of 7 hours and after that a second chance to pass the test.

There're not diffcult questions per se, only you get stuck and (more) nervous if you encounter a word or term that you don't know what it means or how to interpret to the other language.
