I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Language Insight (Reading, England) in Apr 2022
Interview
The process was smooth and professional. It started with a short phone screen about my background and motivation, followed by a practical translation test. The final stage was an online interview with HR and a senior linguist, where we discussed my previous projects, translation approach, and technical knowledge

They asked me what I wanted to achieve through the job personally.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Language Insight (London, England) in Sept 2022
Interview
I was expected to complete a timed translation test, which I think was fair as they needed to know my capability. It was run in stages, so once I passed my test I had a Teams interview, which I found easier than in person. The questions related to the role and quite a few "what if" scenarios which made me think.
